admin/by-module does not display with TLA

Description

The display by module (~/admin/by-module) administration menu does not display when the TLA module is enabled. The following error is reported:

Fatal error: Unsupported operand types in ~/includes/common.inc on line 1265

When I deactivate the TLA module, the display by module administration menu works just fine.
