add support for text input and attachments [#268885]

When a user applies for a role, it would be nice to allow him (or redirect to) uploading of an attachment!

Or if he applied for Role XY then a node (with cck?) appears afterwards, with a form where he has to provide further informations.

I think it might be appropriate when a user claims to be a real person (copy of passport, any id...) and uploads a copy of this as verification. Or he enters infos, which are only needed by persons of this specific role.

This would make the module be absolute great!!

i think that a simple text field where they could provide additional information would be helpful.

How is this feature request going? I would also like the option for users to be taken to a page to attach a description and multiple image to their application.
