Another website we did in Drupal for our Beach Sales Network of websites.
http://www.beachsales.tv has just be formally launched (announcements to our contacts).
Beach Sales TV is to be a venue for owners (and brokers) of beach and coastal real estate to embedded their property videos and virtual tours.
Theme - Deco 2.0 (http://drupal.org/project/deco). This is really great theme but can be a bit of beast to edit and modify. We have a little more experience now so maybe it's not has hard as we thought it was.
Modules - video filter (though not really necessary), and add this are the only modules we added and used. This is a good example of what Drupal 6.x can do right out of the box.
Ads - As mentioned in another post the homegrown ads are served from an OpenX installation and the google Adsense are just blocks with the script.
We are still trying to master png images in IE6. yuck.

I think the header image might be a bit more stunning if you removed the glow, or made the glow effect darker to offer more contrast.
Also at the very bottom of the page you might want to have the text in the black area contrast just a bit more.
