When using Lightbox2 with the Image module, I found that the Lightbox2 popup image displayed only the Image title.

For anyone who wants more flexibility, I've made a hack that lets you optionally change the caption text from the image title, to the image body text, or image body teaset text.

Support for this type of feature has already been implemented in the latest dev releases. Please see #141867: One of the node field in Lightbox for more details.
