Hi,

When the tickets are opened in IE it show x marks for some links as shown in the enclosed pic.
Is there some setting that I am missing. Please help! Thanks.

The icons are provided separately, and are available on the STORM project page of SpeedTech's website.
Unpack the icons archive under the directory sites/all/modules/storm, so that the icons will be
available in sites/all/modules/storm/icons.
