Change the module to postsettingsbytpe

Thanks for your suggestion.
I think that these two modules are better kept separate. In general I think it's better to keep modules separate -- one module for one thing. The teaser length setting and the preview post setting are on the same admin page, but apart from that I don't think they're really connected.
For my own sites, for example, I want finer control over teaser length, but I would leave the preview setting as site-wide. I can imagine that other site admins might want the opposite, and if they want both they can install both modules.
