The video module, whilst being quite excellent doesn't allow you to place video nodes in any taxonomy categories at create/edit time.

Maybe I didn't understood but.....
You have to create a taxonomy vocabolary for video nodes and
then add terms on it.

Please try also cvs version.
Here it work.
