Cost of project (payed by project owner)

Now, we can add to STORM information, how may hours we doing project.

If your customer pay you by every hour - after ending you know, how much customer must pay you.

If your customer have to pay 100 $/1 h and you work 2 hours - customer must pay 200 $. STORM tell you everything.

But if you work 2 hours and you must pay for (egzample) taxi (when you're going to customer), STORM didn't tell you everything. STORM don't know about checks, that you must to pay before you end a project.

I hope you can understand, what's the problem (my english is poor - sorry).
