Looking for help in finishing a site off

I had someone develop a theme for me and I am finding that building the site is not as easy as i thought it would be. I am looking for someone to walk through it with me. I am willing to pay a set price or an /hour price once we discuss what would be involved etc.

Here is what i have

Its going to be a local sports themed site
I have a mockup design made of what i want it to look like, like i said i had someone do the theme development now i just need to add the features to it.

I have pathauto installed and works good
I have nodequeue in stallked and it is not working properly, here is what i want to do with it. I have a section on top designed for featured stories and as i add stories in i want to be able to add queue and have a list of the top 5 posts i want up there appear so you can click headline and read post.

I have tagadelic installed and using free tagging. I have the block for the cloud on the front page, but no tags are showing up in the cloud, the do show up when i click more tags on the bottom, but not in the cloud.

I have tinymce installed but the page break is not showing up in the icons

I have token and view also.

I know im supposed to use the view for the nodequeue but cant figure it out.

Also im going to have one column on the front page where i have a different contributor for each day of the week make a post and i need to set that part up to.
