Blank Lines stripped from Story and Page Content Types in 5.x and 6.x Too

Hello, I also want to thank you for creating a great theme. It is well layed out and easy for the user to navigate. I have tried both the 5.x and 6.x versions and the blank lines are being stripped out of the story and page content types in addition to comments. Can you look into that as well? Thanks!
