I seem to have removed the ability for people to sign up for an account. I have not been able to find how to put that back in.

I think I should probably have that as I am running premium content for subscribers.

Where is that? Anyone?

That was it. Sometimes reading is hard. Because I went to that page and just had the incorrect option chosen.
