I am running my drupal site on W2k/IIS server. If I enabled book module, everytime I try to add a term to ANY vocabulary, I got this message: "PHP has encountered an Access Violation at xxxxxxxx". And sometimes my server hung up. If I disable book module, it works well.

Book module, however, is very important to me. Hope the bugs could be fixed ASAP. Thanks.

Does the problem go away when you disable PHP's error reporting? Do you happen to use PHP 4.3.1? If so, this might be related to bug #2691 ...
