I do not knom why when administer the site building modules, I get this error

Error 500 - Internal server error
An internal server error has occured!
Please try again later.

I am using 1and1.

Is this common when U have drupal with 1and1?

I have already increased the memory of php.ini and put it on the root.

Any help wil be deeply appreciated.

Maybe you want to post in your hosting provider's forum or help desk queue? Just a thought. I use Bluehost and they are reasonably good for responding to problems in both places.
