There is something wrong with my website.The "create content" and "content trpes" tabs does not showup on my navigation. can someone please help me I need to submit this website today. I thank you in advance for you help.

Are you using the first user account? If not, then does your role have permissions required to "Create {any} Content" or to "Administer Content Types"

I'm an administrator and I have all the pemisions. I think the problem is somewhere in my modules. pleas help me.

It may be a problem with the visibility of your navigation menu. If you go to yoursite.com/node/add you should see a list of available content types. If you get some sort of an error while trying to do that then there is a problem. If the page appears and shows links to the different content types then you just need to manage your menu system to display the navigation block where you want to see it.
