First off, I couldn't live without this field. Thanks for developing it...

I just installed the D6 version and it doesn't seem to generate contact forms for the e-mail field yet. Am I missing something or is that a feature that is not yet in the D6 version?

Hi Bob,

Difference with d5 : you have to setup the choice of contact form in the "Display Fields" tab.

Let me know if it runs fine for you.

Hi -

I haven't been able to get email contact forms to work for views... I go to Edit View, and set the email field format to the "Contact Form" option. The "Email Contact Form" link appears in the page display view. When I click the link, however, I get taken to a "page not found" error (url http://my.dev.site/email/10/field_email). I'm using Drupal 6.4 and Views 6.x-2.0-rc1.

Is there somewhere else that I need to flip a switch?

Which display settings are set for this email field in CCK (under the display settings tab) ? At least the Teaser or the Full node has to be set to Contact Form to get it working.
