Is there a way to combine this module with the birthday module?
It would be nice if the module could count down to the users birthday (if set in the profile)
So when user x logs in, there could be a messe like "Welcome X. Your birthday is in n days" or something like that.

That is not possible now and I don't have any interest in doing the code myself, but I'd commit a patch for it.
