Here is an include file with basic support for Qik (rename from .txt to .inc and drop into contrib/video_cck/providers).

This is a pretty cool provider. I'll test it out later today... Roland- did you ever test it?

We are not adding new providers to emfield itself. To add new providers you should create your own module, similar to http://drupal.org/project/media_viddler or http://drupal.org/project/media_hulu

Here's a very rudimentary provider file for qik in Drupal 6. All it does is display the video, no thumbnail, no rss etc.

I know that this should be made into it's own contrib module, but what I've done is probably not good enough to be made into a module, but it may be useful as is to some people.

As before, rename to qik.inc and place in emfield/contrib/emvideo/providers
