Description

I am trying to create a photo gallery using D5.7 and specifically trying to recreate the solution in the following online video tutorial at http://www.theartlab.net/drupal-school-009-maintainable-gallery. The tutorial uses Thickbox, imagecache, fieldimage (CCK), views, views api, custom pagers, and views bonus pak.

I reproduced the gallery on my MAMP installation but thickbox doesn't work. I install the thickbox module in sites>all>modules and then enable it. Go to my browser (Firefox or Safari) click on test site and absolutely no web page is rendered. Can't even view the administration features. If i back thick box out, then all is well.

Any idea what could be wrong- do i need some other module enable to get thickbox to work? perhaps I am overlooking something real simple. Thanks for any help.

What version of Thickbox are you using? Version 2.x is compatibel with Imagecache 2.x, version 1.x is compatibel with Imagecache 1.x.

Thanks that indeed was part of the problem. The behavior that I experienced still persisted after changing imagecache to verison 2.x.

When I also changed the fieldimage module (CCK) to version 2.x everything worked. Note: the remainder of the cck modules are still version 5.x-1.
