dbfm_install requires mysql

I've got bad news for you - not only won't the install work but, even if you got past that, there's also some mySQL specific code within the module. Maybe one day I'll get around to putting in the switches to make it work on both databases but it's pretty low on the list of priorities. For now it's a mySQL only application.
