I have installed Riffly and it works well with audio but for some reason it does not detect my camera. The mic is integrated into the webcam. the webcam otherwise works normally for audio and video with for example Skype and other applications.

This problem occurs with both an iSight on a Mac G5 running Leopard 10.5.2 and Safari 3.1.1 and on an Apple MacBook Pro 17" running MacOS 10.5.2 and Safari 3.1.1.

Firefox 2.0.2.14 is no different.

Terry,Are you able to get your camera to work on the demo site at riffly.com? If not then it is a riffly issue and not something that I can possibly help with.

No I cannot get my camera to work at riffly.com on my laptop or my desktop system. I will report the issue on teh riffly site.

I must apologise. I hadn't obviously read the instructions to Hold down the Control key and click with the mouse in the Flash recorder window to choose and activate the webcam. All is well now!
