I need to develop a website under Drupal 6, and need to add payments via PayPal. I'm new with drupal and can't understand how to implement it and which module is the best one to use. Can anybody help me with this.

Not sure what you're asking. But have you tried ubercart or e-commerce modules? I like ubercart. it was easier to install and get working for me. Good luck

in drupal 6 you can add a "buy now" button - paypal will give you the code that you can add to your page.

If you want an integrated solution, I think ecommerce has a version called ecommerce plus http://drupal.org/project/ecommerce_plus

Ubercart isn't ready for 6 yet.
