I get this error message after I downloaded the Video uploader in my module directory

Fatal error: Class 'Zend_Gdata_YouTube' not found in C:\xampp\htdocs\Drupal07\modules\video_upload\zend_gdata.inc on line 109a

Any suggestions?

Did you install the Zend GData library (http://framework.zend.com/download/gdata)?
