I am looking for a cck field that let you add measurements, and choose what measurement types to use. I have an idea of how it must be done, but lack the competence to create it:)

EXAMPLE:
The user of a cookbook-site may want to input ingredients in pounds and stone or similar. The viewer of this may be on the other side of the globe and might not even understand what pounds are, and therefore wants to view the cck field in kilograms instead (and at the same time write his/her own reciepts in kilograms)

So, the viewing user travels to its user profile and chooses what measurement to use. And, voila! The measurement is "translated" to the measurement of user's choice.

Personally, I need (at least) something to change metres to feet at user's request, where only feet or metres are submitted by user in node.

For recieps, webshops etc.. it would look soo neat if people had this functionality:

1) You picked default unit of measure in user profile (or somewhere else)
2) The module handled the conversion in both input forms AND field output, to your preferred unit.

Sort of repeating myself, but hey, this would look so terrifying neat:)
