Your module is brilliant and documentation pretty straight forward to follow so thanks. I got your module up and running fine then decided that the video output size that the ffmpeg conversion produces was too small so I changed it in the site config>flash video settings>ffmpeg output size. This is when the problem started. The output video stayed the original smaller size (did not change) than the player size which did hence a lot of black space when the player is showing.
The thumbnail produced shows this so I am assuming this size change is not being pick up at the ffmpeg conversion stage. Does one need to carry out an upgrade task if you make a change so that ffmpeg will pick up the new settings properly? I have run the update db script
Any advice on this one would be appreciated
