Custom Cloud View w/ CCK User Reference Field

I am quite simply looking for a custom cloud view that utilizes a CCK User Reference field. Seems easy enough but Tag Cloud and Node Cloud modules don't quite seem to get me there. I simply want usernames to appear in a cloud view sized based on the number of occurrences of the username in the CCK User Reference field. When a username is clicked from the cloud view, it should simply link to their /user page.
