Hi,

I need to have two drupal modules created for handling commisions in Ubercart and automizing a template workflow on www.toublo.com. Please quote a separate price for the two modules and a price if developed together.

Commision module for Ubercart:
Objective: Our website needs to support commission handling for templates.
Short description: The module should support Ubercart 1.x and Drupal 5.x. When a sale is made, the commission should be calculated based on a commission rate set per content type. The person who uploaded the template, will receive an e-mail that explains them that a template was sold and they have earned an commission. A similar commission system can be found on http://www.istockphoto.com/sell-stock-photos.php.

Identified changes needed to Ubercart settings page:
- Add link in Ubercart under admin/store/products called Commision
- On the commission page, add drop down box that calculated a commission field per content type. e.g. a person can enter a commission of 20%, which means that a user will earn 20% of the sales price.
- On the commission page, add e-mail address to admin that receive e-mail when commission is requested for payment
- On the commission page, add report info: ‘Number of templates sold’, ‘Total commission earned’, ‘current commission awaiting payment, ‘Total commission payed‘.
- Total commission earned should be a link. It should show the detailed information each commission transaction has: Template name, Template price, User commission, Toublo provision, date
- Current commission awaiting payment. It should show the detailed information in a table for all commission transaction has: Template name (link), Template price, User commission, Toublo provision, date and a bottom called ‘Pay commision’. The bottom should link to open a new window showing two options of paying the commission: Credit card and Paypal. Both payment types should utilize Ubercarts payment solutions.
- When the payment has been done, the ‘Current commission awaiting payment’ should be deducted and the ‘Total commission payed‘.
- An e-mail should be automatically sent to user when commission has been payed. (consider develop this to use the workflow module)

Identified changes needed to user page:
- Add new tab called commission needs to be added
- Tab should at least show ‘Number of templates sold’, ‘commission earned’, ‘commission requested, ‘commission payed‘ and button called ‘Request commission’.
- When ‘Request commision is clicked, it should calculate whether commission can be payed based on an amount specified under Ubercart settings.
- If the commission requested is below the amount specified in Ubercart settings, an error should say “Commissions can only be payed when the eared commission exceed xxx”, where xxx is the amount from Ubercart settings.
- If the commission requested is above the amount specified in Ubercart settings, an e-mail should be sent to an e-mail specified under Ubercart settings. (consider develop this to use the workflow module). Two links should be shown in the mail: 1) Clicking a link on the e-mail should lead to the ubercart commission setting page. 2) To pay directly.
- When the payment has been done, the ‘Current commission awaiting payment’ should be deducted and the ‘Total commission payed‘ should be updated on the user page.

Template workflow module
Objective: To automize template workflow of creating and approving tempaltes.
Short description: A template is designed by web designers and they need to be approved before being published on Drupal. Today, some work of copying text from a drupal field to a text file and then attaching this as a file download is manual. The module should support Ubercart 1.x and Drupal 5.x. A
- Add block called Template workflow
- A block should appear when a user opens a template where the template profile field (field where designers add CSS / HTML text) has information. The block should only appear if the user has the correct role and permissions
- The block should have a link, which when clicked, copies the text from the template profile field to a .txt file
- The txt file should automatically be attached to the Ubercart file download. This can be found under features of the specific content. Today, this needs to be done manually. As working today, the file can be downloaded when the sale has been accepted.
- The file should automatically be copied and saved to /home/toublo/files directory. The file should be saved as a running number, to avoid issues if file has same name.

Please write back to d_storbaek@hotmail.com if interessted.
