I found out that the search bar will not be printed. I know some out there have found a solution though I have not.

Well the box will not come what ever I do and I have everything adjusted right with the search module. It just fails silently. If you have a solution then please share it.

I noticed the same problem with drigg.org

Hi,

This is a theme issue. It has absolutely nothing to do with Drigg :-D
Go to ur theme configuration, and tick the box for the search bar.

Please ask the Drupal forums if you need very precise instructions.

I just found out after reinstalling everything. If there was a Darwin award for Drupal I would win it for this one.
