Can you add the posibility to customize the mail that is being send when someone applies for the jobposting? Having the possibility to use Tokens would really be great.

Are you thinking of being able to change the message receipt that is applied site-wide (i.e. the same for every job posting node) or are you thinking of a receipt that can be customized for each job posting node?

I was thinking to allow changing the email in such a way as to be able to use cck fields that are part of a user profile. Sort of using existing fields and creating a resume with them than can be sent, thus giving users to possibility to chose if they want to send their resume from file or one that is composed from the fields they filled up in their profile. Also being able to modify the subject line, would for instance open possibilities to use this in some job-referral programs. I think for this it might also be needed to be able to change the from field of the email being sent.
This idea would allow for seting up a mail template than can either be used for all jobpostings or maybe even selectively per job, depending on what kind of receipt you need for that particular post.
This is just an idea, but i think it does open a few doors ...
