Just for the sake of this question, lets assume im legally braindead....and i want to make a theme for drupal?

I have read countless "tutorials" on : CSS, HTML, JAVACODE, DREAMWEAVER, DRUPAL DOCS / THREADS

Even watched videos...but to no avail

I just dont get it...css makes NO sense to me at all. Is there some sort of 1st grader guide to css and/or drupal themes?

Please dont reply with "hey do a search" cuz i have searched and read and read some more...but its all french 2 me.

Any help would be great...this is so frustrating

That one got my head around creating divs and assigning css stylesheets/defining properties to get the page to look how you would like.

That's a good one to get basic info about each of the different selectors, properties, and values.

And finally I think one of the easiest themes to customize and play around with is the Zen theme.

Hope that might get you started.

does anyone do custom theme work ?

I cant seem to find any clanbased themes that work for 6.XX

samwich...i seemed to fail miserably at my attempt, but i will keep working at it :)

hi themegarden. the service you have done is incredibly valuable. is there any way to get multiple thumbnails or a category browser (3 column, two column, etc) on your site? otherwise it's hard to really make use of it to discover what you're looking for, imho. also there's no way to contact you on the site. thanks again for your work and for listening to my feedback -- will hall

The technical aspect of "how to design a Drupal theme" is a really interesting point.
I think that there is something that hasn't been tackled yet: the philosophy behind it, and how to design for Drupal from a strategical point of view.

Anyone have any tips for audio format? I started looking at the suggestions but im vision impard and would prefer audio.
