The icons to indicate an external link are not displayed in the same and correct place on IE7 (window) as is the case on Firefox 2 (windows and Mac OS X) and Safari 3 (Mac OS X).

Ha. There are only 10 tickets in the extlink queue and this is the #1. Please look at #132614: strange graphic placement when link wraps line, where you can join in the discussion there.
