I've installed jttolstips module and follow the instruction.
I'm using drupal 4.7 x.
After enabling in module, I go to settings->JQuery Tooltips to configure something.
Then I got the following error message.

warning: Missing argument 2 for drupal_get_form() in D:\AppServ\www\3rkh\3rkh\includes\form.inc on line 61.

Where should I fix that error?
