1) HTMLBox is always displayed on the following forms, even though I didn't tick their corresponding checkbox on /admin/settings/htmlbox:

- Comment form
- Category Vocabulary term form
- Category Vocabulary form
- Personal contact form

2) HTMLBox is never displayed on the site wide contact form, even though I ticked its corresponding checkbox on /admin/settings/htmlbox.

It looks like first issue is resolved in 1.0 version, about second one I'm not sure. (Not tested yet)
