Description

I can't figure out how to get anything other than "User Profile" to show up as the title on users' profile pages with Advanced Profile installed. How might I go about properly configuring the Panel? Thanks...

Under your settings (User Profile panel setup), Page Title - type: %profile.
Then, under Arguments. User ID - Title, type: profile, into the space provided. Do not add %.

Tada. Your Profile should now display the title of your Profile. It is in my understanding that the Keyword can be anything, and should relate to the %keyword you have provided into Settings.

That worked on one of my sites where I use NodeProfile - thanks! There aren't any relationships available to choose from on another of my sites (without NodeProfile or Bio, but with Usernode) so unfortunately it looks like I'm out of luck there.

Spring.Goth explained how it's done (thanks!). Yes, if you aren't using nodes as profiles your choices will be limited.

I am using BIO, and core profile but when I try to make this change I only get %profile as the titile. I have followed each step by Spring Goth but it is not working. Anyone know what I am missing?

I cant help you there, sorry. I have Adv Profile working on a number of sites. Two sites use my own content types, and another uses Michelles uprofile. Bio does not suit my needs, and not the Core Profile standalone either. Sorry. Best you tweak other settings. Make sure that the Title is set to %KEYWORD (keyword can be anything) and then set the Keyword for the Context to that same KEYWORD.

In www.yoursite.com/admin/panels/panel-page/userprofile/edit/general there should be a field called: page title: , change the contents of this field to: %user

Hi trackleft-
Figured that out (finally) yesterday. Thanks for the reply and info. Did you find any way to make the first letter of the users name capitalized?
