Some users on my site have Cyrillic usernames, the modules have problems with displaying their names. PLease add support for UTF8 data in MySql tables.

alexmarkley commentedSorry it's taken me this long to reply to this. I've fixed this problem in SVN, but haven't had a chance to push changes down to d.o CVS or roll a release.
If we can solve this issue too, that will give me more incentive to roll a new release.

kaakuu commentedUnicode characters are broken or corrupt - this probably has nothing to do with this issue.
The only problem is that unicode chars show as সনন. Otherwise the module works great.
Is the maintainer available?

alexmarkley commentedHey, sorry this bug has been open for so long. I actually have had this bug fixed in SVN for a while now. The latest version, which fixes this bug, is available here: https://svn.malexmedia.net/code/drupalmods/unsupported/glance/DRUPAL-6--...
I would like to do a new release on drupal.org, but I can't seem to log into CVS anymore... :(
If somebody would like to take over maintenance of this module, I would be more than happy to turn it over.
Thanks,
