I installed lightbox 2 yesterday and it was working fine. Today however after clearing the cache on my browser it has stopped working. I tested it on a seperate browser (Safari) and it was working, again until I refreshed the cache. I made very limted changes to the installation between when it worked and when it stopped so I am very confused. Any suggestions?

I have a test site at http://scrapaholix.zomarc.net/gallery which demos it not working.

I have reset all the settings in lightbox to there defaults.

I havbe the lastest version og jQuery update installed.

Looks like you upgraded to jQuery Update 5.x-2.0-rc1. This is only supported by the lightbox2 dev release at present. Please install the latest lightbox2 dev release or downgrade jquery update.

Cheers,
Stella

Thanks for your quick reply. Dev version all works okay. I can only assume that 5.x-2.7 at least partially works with the original version of jQuery (e.g. before running jQuery update). My confusion was caused by lightbox using the cached version of the jQuery for the initial period after I installed.

Yeah, it's the automatic image handling that doesn't work with jquery 1.2.x. I'm working on a new release, so hopefully I'll have an official release next week some time.

Cheers,
Stella
