Light box was working but now is not.

I installed lightbox 2 yesterday and it was working fine. Today however after clearing the cache on my browser it has stopped working. I tested it on a seperate browser (Safari) and it was working, again until I refreshed the cache. I made very limted changes to the installation between when it worked and when it stopped so I am very confused. Any suggestions?

I have a test site at http://scrapaholix.zomarc.net/gallery which demos it not working.

I have reset all the settings in lightbox to there defaults.

I havbe the lastest version og jQuery update installed.
