i want to remove menu item when i unpublish node

Hello everybody,

When i create one node with menu item, by default it is published. Now when i make it unpublished then automatically link of menu item will remove from menu, and again when i make it published then that menu item link will be display in menu.

Anyhow is it possible to do without coding, means using any drupal module or with any setting in drupal.

Does anyone know of a way to accomplish this?
