Description
I've attached patches to the install file as well as 1 of
the 2 included bootstrap SQL files. I suggest that the
iso3166.mysql and ipdb.mysql files be changed to
iso3166.sql and ipdb.sql since the SQL statements are
not specific to MySQL.

Database has undergone several changes since this was written and I believe PostgreSQL is now supported. Please reopen this ticket if you find otherwise.
