Is anyone having a problem accessing the forum?

I get a "No forums defined" when I click the forum button at the top of the site.

To get to the General section I had to type http://drupal.org/forum/2.

Is it just me, or is drupal.org having problems.

Approximately NOW it has been fixed. It was as you wrote, but now it works.
