any help on creating a reviews section for my site?

There are several modules available for reviewing:

I don't know about a tutorial though.

i am interested in reviewing certain hospital departments. the review will have 5 fivestar fields per review.
can anyone please point me in the right direction? i have tried nodereview but didn't find enough documentation for it, although www.drupalmodules.com make nodereview look very, very good.

tried nodecomments + fivestar , but i understand i won't be able to use the forum module if i use it...
i would love to see practical examples.
still having difficulty with bare php code... but can do basic stuff.

interested in implementing drupal in the medical world. contact me if you have ideas or services in that field.
