Hi,

After a file has been converted to revision, there's no way to rename it. This can be a problem if the filename of the converted file contains some sort of a version number or simply a date; these can become out of date rapidly.
Some users will then think the file they're looking for hasn't been uploaded yet...

Not true. You can rename it to whatever you want.
You can also change it's revision title
You do either / both from the properties screen
