Hi!

I would like to change the graphics on my Drupal site. I would like to change the look and feel of the site. I have three questions:

1. Does PHPtemplate allow me to do this?

2. Can I do this in notepad instead?

3. Is there a difference between a "Theme" and a modification of the site's appearance?

You should use notepad or other text editor that does not leave odd characters in the file. I like CrimsonEditor as it has context highlighting but others have their favorites like Notepad2 as well.
