Need a developer to work with me on drupal site.

I am developing an e-commerce website using drupal and e-commerce modules. I need someone to work with me, to teach me the ropes on customization etc. I have developed extensively in php but new to drupal. If you have proven track record developing modules as well as theming, I would much appreciate your guidance on my first drupal project.
