How can I configure shortcuts for TinyMCE?

After defining the subset of controls displayed for each of my users' roles, I realized that all of the default shortcuts are enabled for all of them. I need to be able to subset the shortcuts so that the operations they are not allowed to perform with controls are not accessible through shortcuts either.
