It looks like the cvs tag for 5.x-0.9 was done incorrectly, causing some code to be missing from the package. The services/services directory exists and appears to be in order, but none of the other code is there. The root services directory is empty, and the services/servers directory is missing entirely.

Just FYI, 6.x-0.9 appears to be fine
