Hi gmarus,
I was wondering if there is a way to disable the submission of applications for certain job postings. We are a student union and we'd like to post our own job opportunities but also jobs we've found on other websites or that we've heard of. In this context it doesn't make any sense for us to have the possibility of submitting an application, since we just "forward" the info.
Thanks for the great module!
Matt

gmarus commentedAt the moment there is no straightforward/clean way of doing this I'm afraid. I can foresee at least two ways of approaching this and will look into this further for an upcoming release. Unfortunately, paid work is soaking up most of my time in the short-term so it might take a couple of weeks before I can address this properly.
In the interim you could try selectively applying a 'display: none' through CSS to the application links on those job posting nodes that you don't want to process. However, this doesn't prevent someone from accessing the processing url directly so it's far from ideal.

No worries, we are all slaves to money! :p Our website is quite small, so I'll do what you suggested and it should be sufficient for our needs... at least for now!
Thanks!

gmarus commentedThis feature has just been added to the 5.x-dev and 6.x-dev branches and will be rolled into the next official release when they occur.
