Any plans for making some CCK support?

rares CreditAttribution: rares commentedYou can currently add fields to the ipaper node type just as you can to any node type. Is there something else about CCK that you'd like to see in the module?

nbchip CreditAttribution: nbchip commentedI was thinking that it would work in a similar way as Emfield http://drupal.org/project/emfield... So its possible to add iPaper to any node... also to make it easier to integrate with other modules, for example display it in Thickbox... Good work. when u add support for Thumbnails and maybe QuickSwich option it will be perfect.

rares CreditAttribution: rares commentedI see what you mean, you'd like to have the module working as a CCK field. I've considered this when I first wrote the code of the module, but I thought that there are more people who would want to see iPapers as independent nodes. Each way of doing has advantages and disadvantages, but each works through a different coding model, so the module would require a fair amount of reworking to function (also) as a CCK field.
Regarding the other features, I can tell you for now that I have recently added thumbnail support #265278: Thumbnail display-comment 4.
I don't understand though, how do you see Quickswitch fitting into the module?

nbchip CreditAttribution: nbchip commentedIt is very useful as is, and making it also to work as a CCK field is maybe something to consider for the future. Quickswitch option would be usefull for people who already have lots of nodes with attached documents... but maybe its enough to only mention that quickswitch exist ;) http://www.scribd.com/platform/documentation/quickswitch

rares CreditAttribution: rares commentedYeah, maybe CCK will happen sometime in the future. In the meantime see #273144: Quickswitch functionality.
rares CreditAttribution: rares commentedBecause QuickSwitch functionality has become more mature in the last version, now you can seamlessly convert any attachments or documents on your site through iPapers using that. This eliminates the need to have a CCK field or to modify other node types. So now you can either create iPapers by creating iPaper nodes or make them appear with other node types using QuickSwitch.
