I am using drupal as multisite installation for many of my portals, i am using separate database for each domain name

what i want to do is something like myfirstwebsite.com/forums mysecondwebsite.com/forums get to vb forum and i install vb to the public directory as a subdirectory /forums with separate database

So every drupal web site installed can call vb forum by /forums , and i do install vb module to all my websites, so one forum can be used for all websites ?? Can the module do that ?

As long as the path forums/ is available on all sites, yes.
