Task perhaps a better name for 'action'

After some discussion last week, I think that perhaps "task" should be used instead of the "action" to denote things that the hosting system should do. Apart from module renaming, it's a search/replace.

And it would be better to do earlier because we have the word action in a lot of table names and the like.
