on the modules page, this one does not appear under the same group as the external links module, even though both groups are called "user interface". what's going on?

It looks like jQuery_update is grouped with 'User Interface' and external links is grouped with 'User interface'. Slight difference, eh. Is there a standard for this kind of thing?
