ITunes like display of photos/album covers

I would like to be able to present a series of album covers that a user can scroll through using arrows like the iTunes store does for its new releases and such. See front page of iTunes store for example.

Basically 4 albums, an artist and title under it. User can click arrows to go back and forth through covers. Displays in a single row.

Is there a module for this? I've looked through the media modules and am just wondering if I and the module developers are using a completely different language for what I am trying to achieve.
